The vettting exercise that is ongoing through the new government is unlawful. For instance the issue of the members of public elected resigning to their offices so that they can be Cabinet secretaries that Is wrong according to the constitution of kenya, A newly established Government is expected to assign new individual to office from the cooporate world and not from the Political world.

Members of public are expected to perform their duties as described in the constitution of kenya and it can be terminated when it happens that a member have died that is the only occassion where the Electroral commission can organize a By Election.

what is happening now in kenya is that there is the constitutional crisis where the three arms of the Government have failed to protect the constitution.
